حقول أكسون موبل تقع خارج الأقليم

من المعلومات التي اكتشفت عن المواقع الستة المشمولة بأتفاقية التنقيب الأخيرة بين أقليم كردستان وشركة أكسون موبل يبدو أن غالبية هذه الأراضي تقع خارج سلطة الأقليم الرسمية وأنها تقع ضمن محافظات أخرى وعلى رأسها محافظة نينوى.

ولحين صدور موقف واضح من الحكومة الأتحادية ووزارة النفط فأنني أكتفي بتوزيع ما توفر من معلومات عن العقد الجديد والذي يضاف الى ما يقرب من 45 عقدا أخر وقعها الأقليم وترفضها بغداد لعدم شرعيتها مع الأشارة الى أن ما صدر لحد الأن من بيانات يشير الى رفض وزارة النفط لذلك العقد وأنها بصدد أتخاذ موقف حاسم أتجاه شركة أكسون موبل والتي تم أبرام عقد معها أوائل عام 2010 لحقل غرب القرنة العملاق ضمن جولة التراخيص الأولى..ونحن بالأنتظار.

كما أناشد على وجه الخصوص المسؤولين في محافظات نينوى والتأميم وصلاح الدين لتدقيق المعلومات والخرائط وبالتالي أتخاذ الموقف المناسب عن أستمرار التجاوز على أراضيهم وسلطاتهم أن تأكد ذلك.

As expected, it seems that most acreage falls outside KRG three provinces

The four locations are strucures.

Alquosh and Daradash fall within the Nineva Governerate.Alquoshis a christian town.

Pirmam falls within Erbil.

Not sure about Arabat ,but inference from the name suggestive of a non Kurdish area.

I have no information about the other two blocks.

It was revealed today by KRG official from the Ministry of Natural Resources ( as reported on TV) that the ExxonMobil deal with KRG includes the following fields

Al-Koush & Daradash in Duhouk –Pirmam in Erbil – Arabat in Sulaymania

The questions are:

Are they discovered oilfields or structures?

Do they really fall within the three provinces or go beyond to neighbouring (disputed) areas in Ninewa and others

The deal included six fields so how about the remaining two??

I will appreciate any feedback on those fields/structures and their history as well as exact locations
